1.1 Nature of the Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the gbt99 platform ("Platform") and its users ("you" or "member"). By creating an account on gbt99 or using the platform, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.

3.1 Age Restriction

gbt99 is for users aged 21 and above only. Minors will not be permitted to create an account. The platform may request relevant documents for age and identity verification at any time.

3.2 KYC Verification Process

As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process, the following documents may be requested:

• A scan or photo of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address.

Withdrawal requests may be put on hold until KYC verification is completed.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gbt99 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). No other methods outside this list are currently accepted.

4.2 Deposit Policy

Each deposit is credited to your account instantly. Always use your own payment account when making a deposit. Depositing via a third party's account is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, if KYC verification is incomplete or any discrepancy is found in a request, additional verification may be required. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.4 Currency & Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Customers are not required to bear any currency conversion fees.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. A deposit of ৳42,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered 15 times before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (excluding the deposit). For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may be used only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Bonus wagering contributions may vary by game.
• gbt99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses may be withdrawn if fraudulent activity is suspected.

6.1 Random Number Generator (RNG)

All games offered on gbt99 are developed by established game developers, and the outcome of each game is determined by impartial RNG technology. Results are entirely random and not predetermined.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a technical error, gbt99 will endeavour to refund the amount wagered. However, gbt99 is not obligated to pay out winnings where a technical error has caused an abnormal or invalid bet to be displayed.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to bets placed on cricket, football, kabaddi, or any other sport:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be refunded or settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
• gbt99 is not liable if a bet is not accepted due to market changes during live betting.

7.1 Strictly Prohibited

The following activities are completely prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Using hacking tools, bots, scripts, or automated software to play games.
• Exploiting the bonus system to gain fraudulent profit (bonus abuse).
• Applying any fraudulent or collusive strategy against other users.
• Using a false identity or a third party's payment method.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical error on the platform.

7.2 Suspicious Activity

gbt99 monitors all suspicious activity. If suspicious activity is detected, an account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation. Customer cooperation is expected during any investigation.

8.1 Grounds for Suspension

gbt99 may suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If a breach of the Terms is suspected.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• If unusual activity is detected in deposits or withdrawals.
• In accordance with instructions from a government or regulatory authority.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting customer service. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.
